Eric’s site has been through a number of iterations since its initial launch in 2005. With this revision, we wanted to focus on pulling the visitor deeper into the property search & neighborhood/popular search pages. Eric’s site gets a pretty nice level of traffic, so we were able to see through analytics data that the redesign was successful because of an increase in leads, average visitor time, and a decrease in bounce rate.
