One Source Metro is a niche site that Eric owns and has managed for quite some time.  It performs well in the search engines and has always generated a nice number of leads.  The old design was pretty outdated, and we added a number of great converting features, like the recurring quick search & featured areas.  One newish feature we really like is the “condo development/neighborhood” tabs, where the user chooses to view a list of condo developments or neighborhoods, as it’s rare that a visitor is looking for a house or condo.
