Sharon Seligman works in a unique niche from a design perspective.  She focuses on green construction, has developed a neighborhood in Spicewood (a lake community about 30 minutes west of Austin,) and specializes selling in Spicewood and central Austin.  Green construction is popular in both Spicewood and central Austin, as is modern design.  We incorporated natural, green elements, and helped Sharon pick out some great images of modern construction and interiors.
